Overview:
The Estimator/Project Manager’s primary duty is to bid and secure Abatement & Demolition projects throughout the region. Once projects are awarded, the individual manages the contract from start to finish including scheduling, cost containment, monitoring progress, compliance, and client contact.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Experience in the Demolition and Environmental Remediation Field
- Bid and Managed Public & Private Contracts to Completion
- Assess Job Opportunities by Reviewing Plans, Specifications, and Visiting Job Sites
- Track Job Hours, Field Notes, and Perform Cost Analysis of Closed Projects.
- Demonstrated Proficiency with Construction Bidding and Project Management software
- Ability to Effectively Present Information to Upper Management & Clients
