Overview:
Established New England based demolition firm seeks seasoned Operations Manager who will be responsible for the direct management, safety, and oversight of staff and dispatch.
Requirements:
- 10+ Years of Experience in Demolition, Environmental Remediation, or Related Construction Field
- Lead, Mentor, and Supervise Employees, including Project Managers, Estimators and Field Personnel
- Ensure Efficient Allocation of Resources and Fostering Professional Development
- Coordinate and Assist in the Management of Field Crews with the General Superintendent
- Enforce Safety and Compliance Standards in Partnership with the Corporate Safety Manager
- Strong Knowledge of Demolition Techniques, Waste Management, and Hazardous Material Handling
