Turnkey demolition contractor out of Southern California seeks a Project Engineer who will be responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects. They will plan, schedule and manage all tasks of their projects to assure accuracy and quality from start to finish. Full job description available.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Related Field Study Preferred
- 5+ Years of Experience in Demolition/Earthwork
- Analyze Drawings & Other Docs to Prepare Time, Cost, Material and Labor Estimates
- Ability to Read Architectural, Mechanical and Plumbing Drawings/Blueprints
- Effectively Manage Multiple Tasks and Deadlines
- Assist PMs with Submittals and Change Orders
- Proficient with MS Office, Planswift, & Procore
