Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for all demolition activities within their assigned projects, including the acceptance of work performed in each phase of the process. This position requires a great amount of self-initiative, customer relations, and the ability to thrive in a fast pace environment while producing multiple projects on time and on budget.
Requirements:
- Five or More Years of Demolition Management Experience
- Work Closely with Superintendent to Manage Financial and Administrative Needs of the Project (s)
- Lead Meetings with Company Staff and Client Representatives
- Ensure Compliance with Health/Safety, Environmental, and Construction Codes and Regulations
- Be Solution Oriented to Solve Problems – Ensure all Deadlines
- Conduct Site Checks to Monitor Progress and Quality Standards
- Keep all Stakeholders Aware of the Progress on Projects
- Ability to Travel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
