Overview:
A leader in the demolition services industry, is searching for an energetic and dedicated Project Manager to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in managing and executing mid to large-sized projects across the Midwest. You’ll work closely with Upper Management, translating estimators’ visions into profitable realities, and ensuring smooth and efficient project progression from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ Years Experience in the Demolition and/or Environmental Remediation Field
- Project Planning and Execution: Ensuring all projects adhere to estimated budgets and schedules while minimizing risks and managing changes
- Maintain strict compliance with federal, state, municipal and customer requirements, providing detailed reports on project status and progress
- Build and maintain strong relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- A collaborative mindset, ready to work alongside a team of professionals dedicated to excellence
