A heavy civil construction company specializing in earthwork, demolition, utilities, and aggregate resources seeks a dynamic Safety professional in their organization. They work throughout the Midwest and beyond, bringing a personal touch to both public and private construction projects.
Requirements:
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP), preferred but not a requirement
- Lead the Development and Implementation of safety Programs and training
- Supervision of safety department personnel
- extensive knowledge of laws, rules and regulations related to OSHA, usace em 385-1.1 epa, and dot
- Perform Site Audits
- 501 Certified for in-house OSHA 10 & 30 training
- Demolition & Hazardous Material Abatement Experience is a must
