Overview:
Seeking an experienced Demolition Estimator who brings both technical capabilities and an established book of business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, bidding house leads, building client relationships, and delivering accurate, competitive estimates that convert into awards.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Experience Bidding & Managing Demolition Projects
- Prepare Detailed & Accurate Cost Estimates in Alignment with Company Standards and Client Requirements
- Oversee Job Cost Tracking, Monitoring Expenses and Ensuring Projects Remain within Approved Budgets
- Manage and Process Change Orders, Including Documentation
- Collaborate with Field & Operations Team
- Proven Application of Structural Demolition
- Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, and OST preferred
