Overview:
Large Demolition/Excavation company seeks Superintendent that will lead and manage the on-site team(s) and oversee all work on site. This candidate will be responsible for orderliness and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Five or More Years of Demolition Management Experience
- Manage Daily Site Activities, Including Safety and Environmental Compliance, Meeting Schedule Requirements, and Maintaining Budget
- Oversee and Direct a Crew of Employees, Including Laborers, Operators, and Burners, Performing Demolition and Earthwork Activities
- Ability to Develop Work Plans for Review and Approval
- Lead Meetings and Discussions, Including Daily Tailgate Safety Meetings and Regular Client Update Meetings
- OSHA 30 HR
