Overview:
A specialty contractor offering Demolition, Decommissioning, Environmental, and Asset Management services to a diverse clientele is seeking a top shelf Superintendent. This position requires a high level of proficiency in leadership, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the safety culture that they maintain.
Requirements:
- Ten or More Years of Demolition Management Experience
- Manage Site Activities, Safety and Environmental Compliance, Schedule Requirements, & Maintain Budget Goals
- Oversee Crew(s) of Laborers, Operators, & Burners Performing Demolition and Decommissioning Activities
- Accurately Read and Interpret Contract Documents and Plans
- Ability to Develop Work plans for Review and Approval
- Provide Weekly Job Performance and Cost Reports
- Interact with Client Representatives and Other Contractor Personnel
- Willing to Travel
