Overview:
Well-established, privately held demolition firm operating throughout the Chicago metropolitan area and surrounding region seeks a seasoned Superintendent as they are expanding their operations. The Superintendent will lead field crews and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- 10+ Years of Demolition Supervision Experience
- Experience Leading Large Scale Industrial and Commercial Contracts
- Responsible for the Field Management and Coordination of Assigned Projects
- Identify Areas of Procedural Improvement for Review and/or Implementation
- Reading, Understanding, and Interpreting Drawings and Specifications
- Collaborate with Safey Department on Project Specific Safety Needs
- Ensure Project Schedules, Field Reports, and Safety Documentations are Updated
