Overview:
A renowned sitework contractor is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee all field operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and efficient execution of sitework projects.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 10+ years in sitework, including at least 5 years as a Field Superintendent.
- Project Management:
- Ability to manage up to 10 projects and foremen simultaneously.
- Coordinate with Project Managers for a three-week look-ahead schedule.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Track Record:
- Proven ability to drive project timelines and adhere to budgets.
- Logistics:
- Manage equipment mobilization in coordination with the Logistics Coordinator.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship-building skills.
