Requirements:
- 10+ Years Heavy Civil Estimating Experience
- Experience estimating Underground Utilities
- Ability to take Project from Quantity Takeoff to Final Estimate
- Experience Estimating Public & Private Work
- Scope of Work: DOT / Heavy Civil Underground Utilities
- Knowledge of Heavy Bid
