Overview:
A well-established civil construction company is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning and execution across a wide range of sitework and paving projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced project managers and field crews to deliver high-quality, on-schedule, and on-budget results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting efforts
- Prepare and manage GPS models for equipment automation
- Coordinate with field teams and conduct job site visits
- Assist with bids, estimates, and client communications
- Monitor progress, budgets, and safety compliance
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Hands-on construction experience preferred
- Familiarity with GPS modeling and construction software (AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, etc.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites
